We completed the tenant improvement for the new Gold’s Gym located in East Regina.  The improvement consisted of over 24,000 sq ft of high end finishes, complete with a spin cycle room, group training, two storey open atrium, client consulting area, separate men’s women’s training areas. In conjunction with the men’s and women’s change room facilities, each area has a sauna room as well as several glass and tile shower enclosures.  All of the lockers within the facility are custom manufactured wood for a higher end finish.  Polished concrete floors welcome clients into the front of the Gym, and there is also a supervised children’s area for clients with children.  We are proud to have been a part of this exciting and innovative approach to health in our community.
