Canadian Tire Yorkton is a renovation of the old Zellers building located in the Parkland Shopping Mall.  The floor space is approximately 93,000 square feet, and includes a retail area, automotive service centre, garden centre, sales floor, loading dock and office space. 

 

The project consisted of a full demolition of all interior walls and flooring.
